Thanks for the awesome giveaway! For my winter makeup, I usually go with neutral brown shimmery eyes, cotton candy blush, and pink lips. Very simple but work appropriate

ReplyDeleteWe don't have winter here, so there's not much difference in my makeup. ^^;; However, I do try to keep up to date with darker eyeshadows and berry lips. :D

ReplyDeleteI've been wearing a lot of MAC's Fluidline in Little Black Bow and also in Added goodness. It adds a little edge to my make up routine and they're also quite festive colours.

ReplyDeleteFor my winter makeup looks I look my eyes to look natural and my lips either pink or red. I don't really like to fuss around too much when it comes to the winter because I'm always so busy.

ReplyDeleteI actually don't change my make-up from summer to winter. I am more conscious of going lighter on my foundation since my face will likely rub against my hat, scarf, etc. I do however use moisturizer more in the winter.

I mix foundation with a rich face cream and use lip balm instead of lipstick. I love silver shades in winter)
ReplyDeleteI think winter is a great time to use shimmery eyeshadows and frosty colors :) My typical almost-everyday makeup would be a shimmery shadow with my bobbi brown eyeliner. Lips are a little darker than my usual my-lips-but-better colors

ReplyDeleteI use the same makeup as in other time of the year. Normally I use a black eyeliner and rimmel, but sometimes I but some brown or neutral eyeshadow.

ReplyDeleteMy winter makeup is really simple. I use a BB cream, because even during the winter sun protection is important and moisturizing is essencial. I use eyeliner and mascara, mostly black or darker colors. My lips stay nude or light pink, always with lip balm as well.
We don't really experience winter but when this come of year comes, I usually use makeup with glitter or shimmer to add festive glow to my skin. I also use mosturizers and lip balms because my skin and my lips dry up during this time of year.

ReplyDeleteI try to wear bright colours for my make up in winter as my clothing is usually darker. I like to wear colour but it's hard to buy winter clothes that aren't grey or black.
ReplyDeleteMy skin tends to get drier in winter so I like to use a thicker moisturizing foundation and cream blush but the rest of my makeup changes everyday. 3/5 times I'll go with a dark and awesome lipstick, though! :P

ReplyDeleteI use the same kind of items on winter and summer (foundation, blush, mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, lipstick), but the colors are a bit different. During winter, I usually go for more neutral colors, like beige, light brown, light pink, and so on :)
ReplyDeleteI've gone very smokey this winter. I never wore a smokey eye look before. Usually just stuck with the same look all year around! But I do switch my blushers around. Coral in the summer and more brighter pink/kinda rosy in winter.

ReplyDeleteDuring the summer I don't like wearing a lot of eye makeup so during the winter I really go all out. :) Dark smokey eyes, all sorts of eyeshadow and eyeliner colors. Recently I even picked up some blue mascara haha. I keep the lips and blush simple though (nude/peach).
ReplyDeleteUsually for holidays I stick to red/dark red/plum lipsticks and play it safe with the eyes (I use highlighters/bronzers/darker blushes these days.
I usually just go with a simple neutral shadow and brown mascara.

In the winter my skin gets dry so i love the body shop butters, plus their fab lip balms!
