Greetings from the Dark Side :)

If you haven't seen my Ice Princess look and tutorial, I highly recommend you do because I will be doing a giveaway of most of the products I used in that look! This look is all about winter and girly  hues: cool blues, pink lips, and sparkly glitters. If you want to know how you can win these products keep reading :)

  1. Thanks for the awesome giveaway! For my winter makeup, I usually go with neutral brown shimmery eyes, cotton candy blush, and pink lips. Very simple but work appropriate

  18. In winter I love using my red lippies, particularly the really dark vampy ones! I also love a lot of purples, greys, and blacks in eye make up.

  19. We don't have winter here, so there's not much difference in my makeup. ^^;; However, I do try to keep up to date with darker eyeshadows and berry lips. :D

  21. My makeup is a bit deeper in the winter, any colors,really. I definitely like a deeper color lipstick, like a deep mauve.

  27. I've been wearing a lot of MAC's Fluidline in Little Black Bow and also in Added goodness. It adds a little edge to my make up routine and they're also quite festive colours.

  29. i don't prefer using different colors in the winter but i do like a darker lip right now - i'm into the whole dark reddish purple lipcolor :)
    also around the holidays, it's fun to add a little more sparkle!

  32. For my winter makeup looks I look my eyes to look natural and my lips either pink or red. I don't really like to fuss around too much when it comes to the winter because I'm always so busy.

  33. Hmmm my winter looks are always with bold dark lips, and sometimes I use dramatic eyeshadows with them, and the product I can't live without in winter is lip balm ;)

  35. I actually don't change my make-up from summer to winter. I am more conscious of going lighter on my foundation since my face will likely rub against my hat, scarf, etc. I do however use moisturizer more in the winter.

  43. I think winter is a great time to use shimmery eyeshadows and frosty colors :) My typical almost-everyday makeup would be a shimmery shadow with my bobbi brown eyeliner. Lips are a little darker than my usual my-lips-but-better colors

  45. I use the same makeup as in other time of the year. Normally I use a black eyeliner and rimmel, but sometimes I but some brown or neutral eyeshadow.

    My winter makeup is really simple. I use a BB cream, because even during the winter sun protection is important and moisturizing is essencial. I use eyeliner and mascara, mostly black or darker colors. My lips stay nude or light pink, always with lip balm as well.

  50. We don't really experience winter but when this come of year comes, I usually use makeup with glitter or shimmer to add festive glow to my skin. I also use mosturizers and lip balms because my skin and my lips dry up during this time of year.

  59. I try to wear bright colours for my make up in winter as my clothing is usually darker. I like to wear colour but it's hard to buy winter clothes that aren't grey or black.

  60. My skin tends to get drier in winter so I like to use a thicker moisturizing foundation and cream blush but the rest of my makeup changes everyday. 3/5 times I'll go with a dark and awesome lipstick, though! :P

  65. I use the same kind of items on winter and summer (foundation, blush, mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, lipstick), but the colors are a bit different. During winter, I usually go for more neutral colors, like beige, light brown, light pink, and so on :)

  66. I've gone very smokey this winter. I never wore a smokey eye look before. Usually just stuck with the same look all year around! But I do switch my blushers around. Coral in the summer and more brighter pink/kinda rosy in winter.
    I use lots of hand creams in the winter. Cold dried my hands so bad :(

  72. During the summer I don't like wearing a lot of eye makeup so during the winter I really go all out. :) Dark smokey eyes, all sorts of eyeshadow and eyeliner colors. Recently I even picked up some blue mascara haha. I keep the lips and blush simple though (nude/peach).

    Usually for holidays I stick to red/dark red/plum lipsticks and play it safe with the eyes (I use highlighters/bronzers/darker blushes these days.

  77. I tend to go for neutral colours on my eyes and maybe a vibrant red lip :)
    I always use chap sticks/lip balms and moisturizers around this time because the cold weather dries my skin a bit. :)

  89. Since there is no winter here in my country, Indonesia, i don't wear any winter makeup :p
    I thing if i go to somewhere when winter i'll use my lipbalm and body lotion to keep my body moist. Ah, and drink a lot of water :p

    I love wearing warmer colors in the winter, more dark brown, gray and black (same thing with clothes BTH).
    In the winter my skin gets dry so i love the body shop butters, plus their fab lip balms!
