Unbound Fridays: Salem Witch Trials

Happy October!!

October is my ultimate favorite month of the year because it is just awesome. I love the weather (although it is still super hot here in California at the moment),  Halloween, spiced lattes, pumpkin pies, the yellowing leaves, and of course it is also my birthday in October. Ah! Such a sweet month!

October is also in Fall, and that means the release of Fall collections! And just recently Unbound Eden Cosmetics released four new fall eyeshadows and lipsticks. I *just* received some and I wanted to play around with the new products so I present you a Fall inspired look. Fall obviously reminds me of Halloween, and that reminds me of witches and ghouls. This look just screamed witch to me. Not your old hag type of witch but a colonial witch that might have been persecuted in the Salem Witch Trials. Or maybe I am just crazy and my mind just thinks weird things xD Anyways...moving on...here is the look!

Products Used
-Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy
-Unbound Eden Cosmetics 'Superstitions' and 'Gravedigger' eyeshadows
-Victorian Disco Cosmetics 'Wakka' Eyeshadow
-Inglot #358 Eyeshadow
-Milani Liquif'Eye black pencil eyeliner
-MAC 'Blacktrack' Fluidline Gel Liner
-Prestige My Blackest Lashes
-Ardell #120S Lashes

Tutorial

1. With a flat brush, apply Unbound Eden Cosmetics 'Superstitions' or any other bright emerald green on the lid.

2. Using a fluffy brush, apply Unbound Eden Cosmetics 'Gravedigger' or any other chocolate brown on the entire crease.

3. With the same fluffy bush, apply Inglot #358 or any matte neutral shade you want to use in order to blend the crease color just slightly.
4. Apply black eyeliner generously on the waterline and smudge it along the lower lash line.

5. Use a glowing amber shade on the inner corner and lower lash line. I used Victorian Disco's Wakka, but you can alternatively use MAC Amber Lights or anything similar.

6. Apply eyeliner, mascara, and lashes.

Finished Look

You don't have to wear the lipsticks I did. You can always wear this with a nude lip or anything else you wish. Here I have on Unbound Eden Cosmetics 'Damsel' Lipstick, which is a very skin-tone nude.

And again, here is the darker lip =3

    1. Hi! Thanks~ You might want to go for colors that make the blue POP. One great color is orange, because it opposes the blue color. Browns are also great for blue eyes. I don't have blue eyes, but orange, browns, greys, and even black are the colors I would suggest. You should experiment though, since there are so many tones of blue eyes, and maybe one of these colors fits your better than others.
