Swatches + Review: Wet n Wild 'Greed' Palette

I am very late on this review. I have owned this palette for a while. I heard that the 6 pan palettes are being discontinued this year, so if you don't already own this, I highly suggest you pick some up before they are gone! I already have three of them, and I am content to have those (although I might get a backup).

Greed is a palette consisting of three mattes and three shimmers.

 The three shimmery colors are:
-A lavender toned silver with a gold sheen
-a pale peachy-pink with a gold shimmers
-black with multi-colored shimmers

The three matte colors are:
-A pale skin color shade
-a warm toned peach
-matte black

I think this is such a fantastic palette. The three mattes are wonderful basic colors. You get a matte highlight, the peach color can be used as a transition color, and the black is a great pigmented matte black. The silver and pink-peach shimmers are not super pigmented, but serve well as inner corner highlighters or as a sheer and shimmery wash of color on the entire lid. The shimmery black is pigmented and also has beautiful shimmers.
Overall, I am very glad I purchased this quad. It is very versatile and can be used alone or in combination with other palettes/eyeshadows. My favorite colors are actually the matte skin tone (I use it as a brow bone highlight), the matte peach shade (great as a transition for other colors) and the golden peachy-pink.
The only bad thing I can say about this is that like all Wet n Wild products, the packaging is terrible. And also, I wish the silver color was better pigmented. But other than that, I have no complaints!

Rating: 9.5/10
